where are you getting this number from? I checked and it's more like 63%
126 white, 53 black, 46 unknown.
I got it from that link... it's possible the numbers weren't refreshing properly from one of my suggestions or something like that.
63% is way worse, because it means white people are over-represented despite many living in segregated communities.
