Yea get ready for the 1 party Republican's State. The remaining Democrats will be all too happy to triangulate against the left and offer them as a sacrifice. National unity baby!!

Dude, they called the civil war the "war of northern aggression" in the 90s in my rural southern school which is of course such bullshit. Also Lincoln could have had Hamlin as VP in 64 things could have been much different indeed . Someone was shouting out hell of presidents- I couldn't reccomend more

Compare that to the CRT frenzy from the freeze peach, facts don't care about your feelings, participation trophies, right wing , now getting mad that white people were actually bad in factual history and their grandson feels bad about it so must be sheltered from reality and history.

Yea. Who you think you're telling? That's all obvious. I was being sarcastic you nerd. I do give you an A+ for effort. Seriously in contemporary America the Democrats are dead and we're moving towards a one party state. Tbh it's probably the natural out come of a world absent of an alternative in the context of a dying empire. Republicans will sweep the midterms and through redistricting and controlling the house, the Senate, the courts and eventually the executive branches we will have a one party state. The psycho lib dems will totally side as a left wing inside of this new conservative government and fuck the left. That's my point. Btw reconstruction under Lincoln would have been totally different as he was changed by the war and his distrust of the southern aristocracy would have never reinstituted their franchise, imo.

I'm glad you wrote it. I found it really interesting. I have a passive to slightly active interest in the civil war. I haven't read too much into reconstruction though.
