Good god Americans are fucking dumb. I remember when it first started and China were going into strict lockdowns, how all the US media was calling those lockdowns draconian and shit.
Not just Americans, Australians and generally Westerners as a whole. My friend's dad, who's a nuclear scientist, said that China locking down Wuhan and going around testing people and taking them to hospitals if they were suspected of having COVID was authoritarian and violated human rights. Like ??? not wanting people to die is violating human rights?
I doubt it will be a full on war, at least not intentionally. If you took nukes out of the picture, I don't see an offensive war against china going well and with nukes? Well yeah.
It will be a cold war, economic decoupling and proxy wars. Thing is, economic decoupling could take a decade or more so this isnt going away any time soon.
