I used to read a lot before high school, and when I would it would be in long sessions. I find these days that when I read, I can buckle down for a couple chapters but then I get restless and search for something to distract me. It'd be wonderful if I could do something stimulating other than looking at phone or playing vidya during those moments when I need to break

How do you break up your time reading? Do you do it at all? Gimme ur tips and anecdotes

ADHD prevents breaks from being possible, so I just hope I hyperfocus long enough to chew through the book in one sitting. If it's an easy book, I listen to it as an audiobook during road trips, but for harder books, I take notes.
