These people come to QAnon with notions already firmly in their head that Clinton (and basically every Democratic politician, every university professor, teachers union leaders, you get the idea) is evil incarnate and Trump is a great man. The idea that Clinton is some master pedo enabler just dovetails really well into their existing beliefs. They don't actually care about kids, they just like having some pre-packaged community that reinforces and turbocharges their fantasies about their "enemies".
