I'm trying to fight depression by spending time outdoors ;)

I don't have that much experience with a regular bike, but I went on a holiday with it once. With a regular bike you often move very slow, like 15km/h, especially if you have luggage with you. This might be a little bit better if that bike isn't really old like my old bike, but it's still pretty exhausting. I didn't ride my regular bike very much, I had weeks where I would use it to get around the city a lot, but the 10-15km trips 2-3 times add up to doing real sport. I don't like that very much and I think that's why I didn't ride the bike often.

Now I have only had the ebike for a couple of days, but it has been fun. The thing that helps me most I believe is that I don't have to put in a lot of effort. There is a hill coming or strong wind? You don't have to push through. I believe that when I had a bad day at uni I will still take the bike, because I can just cruise along at 25km/h and basically use it like a motor scooter.

But let's be honest, I haven't had the bike for long enough to say much about it.
