I try to ride my bike at least 5 days per week for at least an hour. I’ve been doing it since the beginning of covid but didn’t really have a goal until May. Since then I’ve lost almost 17 lbs and 20 lbs since the start of the year.
My road bike has been out of commission for a bit so I’ve been riding my folding bike.
