Seal it in airtight mason jars, it will keep better than in the freezer. The oils get messed up that way despite boomer best practices saying otherwise.

You can also split it with your normie friends and gateway them into communism through shade grown coffee.

I’ve gone through 12 pounds of their shit this way in 2021

James is a snob but being a snob about coffee is his job lol so it's ok. If you need to know how to do a good coffee he's a good source.

I'll never forget the most accurate comment I've ever seen in one of his videos: "This man looks like an Apple product"

Love his channel, I learn a lot and his voice is very relaxing

There are some local places around the country you can buy from directly, but School of Chiapas is probably better cause proceeds go directly to them, and they roast is right before sending it to you too. I get the 3lb beans from them and put them in coffee containers and they keep well, tho we go through coffee pretty quick here lol. Most coffee you buy from stores is roasted like 2 month before you buy it, so either way this will be pretty fresh even if you go through it in a few months, tho get a grinder and buy beans cause they keep better.

If you buy the 3 or 5 lb bag it comes to being roughly the same price as nice coffee you'd find in the grocery. And it's going to taste way better.
