Just indefinitely extend it. I don't understand the argument here. You can't cancel it but you can keep putting it off? Why does it take 60 senators and all the characters from Robert's Rules of Order to cancel it yet one motherfucker can just pause it for months/years? How stupid do they think we are?

if they dont cancel it eventually inflation will keep going up

resuming student loan payments will definitely solve the inflation problem, trust me im an economist

I love the line of logic "shit's getting expensive so lets make shit more expensive. that'll definitely make the average person's purchasing power increase :awooga: "

We need to get rid of all this dang extra money in the economy, it should be going towards interest payments to a bunch of draculas so they can keep it safe.

Hopefully we get super inflation and I can pay off the student loan with a week's work or a can of beans.

Pretty sure the DOE already said he could cancel them via executive order, but the other branches may be able to override it.

In Soviet Russia, official documents were so censored that people weren’t able to find the nearest bread line. Fucking comical how stupid the people ruling over us think we are.

Oh, so it can easily be delayed by an arbitrary amount of time? Interesting.

Unironically this would probably be a solution that would politically work in our shit tier system. Or set it as simple interest, like a car payment, at like 3%.

0% forever, for everyone, then make a new system that isn't insanely expensive.
