EDIT: 3 people shot according to CJ TV on woke stream. One arm blown partially off, one shot in the head. Happened right next to a hospital.
Might be the same shooter. He shot someone in the head, ran off, people chased him, he fell on his face running down the street, and shot two people trying to get him. One in the chest, one in the arm.

In the different clips in this thread, you can hear shooting coming from more than one shooter. But I can only find clips of the long pants guy.

I don’t think long pants guy fired anymore shots after he hit the dude that got on top of him. But at 9:10 you can hear more shots being fired.

I don’t know how people can make things out in these grainy wobbly night-time cell phone videos. It just looks like chaos to me.
