    It was literally a war crime as they were retreating, with civilians I might add, as per requested by the UN iirc. There's no wiggle room here.

      Also, the US quickly went from working with Saddam to do massive war crimes to "yea, we killed a bunch of Iraqi military and civilians, but that is because we are the good guys"

      Is that actually a war crime I ask because while it's immoral pretty much nothing counts as a war crime for example it's not a war crime to kill civilians

        It is however a crime to kill soldiers "Out of Combat" and the US killed PLO members and their families who had fled Kuwait after Kuwait started to do a pogrom of Palestinian refugees.
