Yeah some of the athletes are going to test positive for COVID as they touch down in China, it's going to be such a disaster.
Most athletes have already quarantined for a month before the Olympics. It's one of the reasons there will be no professional athletes from the NHL this year, they couldn't take the time off contractually.

The take home tests aren't half as reliable as nucleic acid, right? You'd hardly want to put your faith in it
when all the huge protests were happening in the US all the evidence was showing they were not super spreaders. it just doesnt spread easily outside with everyone walking around wearing masks. quickly testing the population to cut off the spread is virtually the only way to go about it. they're aiming to test the entire population of 14M in 2 days.
Like, isn't they and the US establish that the virus spread way easier indoor than outdoor though? Like most of the peoples wear masks and not screaming at each other.
Yeah, you just have to be so precious careful while you're in line. And you really are putting a lot of faith in the test and the people doing the test.
