Two 34lb dumbbells made out of steel pipe, concrete, and some 1 gallon metal cans. Currently working on some concrete plates for some adjustable dumbbell handles I have so I can have more control of my weight increases with curls. These will always have a special place in my heart though.

Today's lift was good. Real good. I was on the money with taking in more protein. I met my 4x10 goal with both overhead presses and squats. 95lbs OHP will move up to 105. 145lb squats moving up to 155. Didn't feel the extreme exhaustion I had been feeling with squats. Felt a burn but not overwhelming.
I was back to pink shirt and socks with black shorts and stocking today.
Get strong and be safe comrades.
The bar has fittings on the end and cured inside the concrete. They ain't going anywhere. Cured the bar in one weight then made a rig to hold it upside down so it could cure inside the other weight.
That's basically where I got my my brake disks from. Know a guy that does auto work and he's got a few 55gal drums full of metal and a good number of brake disks just rusting away. I grab some, clean them up, coat them, fill with concrete, and then good to go.
Lately I've been hanging out with my few WFH friends outside at night, and I end up doing tricep presses on stuff just to keep warm. 3×50 on a few occasions and I'm already getting my big reptillian arms back. It feels good to climb up out my pit of sedentary doom.
