:brainworms: Once again, I wish to live in the world that right-wingers believe they live in.

If these were BLM protestors, they'd all be dead now and they'd be looking for more space in impounds.

Just like Jan 6th, there's a suspicious absence of a thick blanket of teargas over everything

It's really funny that the cops aren't willing to do anything to these people at all. Funny in a kind of :doomer: way, but still

I do have to wonder, though. I live about a quarter mile from the railroad tracks. Those train horns are not audible even with a pair of regular headphones, much less noise cancelling ones. I don't have any trouble sleeping through them; my parent said it took about a week after they moved in to not get woken up by then. Truck horns are generally even less loud.
So like, barring the handful of people that have a trucker essentially in front of their apartment, I really don't think this is as big a deal as people are making it out to be. Maybe if you have pets?

to the most openly bigoted anyone can be allowed to be in Canada’s public spaces without hate crimeing (and even beyond).

eh, we don't even lock people up for being Nazis anymore. they can probably get away with being as bigoted as they want.

How dense is the development in your area though? It echoing through the streets is what makes it seem louder, like honking in a tunnel.

Yes, doing stuff you just really don't want to do can feel almost impossible at times.

Ignoring the fact that you can just pick the lock to get in the cab, there is a mechanical override on the airbrakes for just this sort of problem, every trucker and tow operator knows this. Each air brake cylinder has a caging bolt, spin that in and it free the brakes, all you need is a 3/4" wrench

You could go do this yourself right now and cause a whole lot of trouble

Really wish there was a rando hero that would just let loose a few rounds into the side of one of those trucks... you'd be able to hear the faint squealing of the hogs as they would peel out at mach 10 with their pants stained brown.

I’m amazed and impressed at the self-restraint of Ottawa residents in the face of these asshats’ thuggery.

It's not self-restraint, there's just no leftists in this stupid country.

      Just normal tier western thought.

The real victims are always the mildly inconvenienced working class white men.
