Sergei Lavrov replied that the military is on the territory of his country. Liz Truss repeated that they should be withdrawn. To this, the Russian minister again objected that the military did not violate anything, since they had the right to conduct any maneuvers on the territory of the Russian Federation.

This is what's maddening to me, and the fact that there is no shame in it. If my ass got exposed like this on an international stage I'd retreat from public life.
I'm not the smartest person, but when I'm in a situation where I know I have to answer questions in front of people or present something I've generally spent hours pouring over the subject to be able to answer most questions thrown my way. She's the Foreign Secretary and can't be bothered to learn about the territory she's arguing about.
