    A US spy ghoul did this in the UK when she ran someone over, fled the country claiming diplomatic immunity and they won't send her to serve her sentence.

      You don’t even have to be a diplomat, it’s like every other week that some Amerikkkan troop murders somebody abroad (outside of the usual murdering in the ME) and faces no consequences
