I'm in a legal state and I wouldn't change it for the world. Legal prices are fucking high but my god does picking through a menu online and being able to walk in and out in 5 minutes kick ass. Whats "high"? in canada we got this weird "legal" but only through the government and then the gray market on indigenous reserves and it pisses of the petite bougie owners of the legal shops so much they're starting to fucking unionize to complain to the feds. Anyways, indigenous prices are much lower. Theres exceptions but in general 70 bucks gets you a meh ounce and 100 for some good shit. 150-200 for top shelf shit.

I’ve been enjoying the ease of picking up Delta 8 stuff when my dealer is being flaky, but the high I get on them is very hit or miss. At best it’s a comparable high to smoking a bit, at worst it’s a truly bad bad experience of the spins and deep anxiety. Feel like I’m gonna puke and I’m anxious that I’ll disappoint everyone. Bleh
It's not a big hassle in my experience, and depending on how much room you have or are willing to dedicate you can get a grow tent or build a space bucket (r/spacebuckets). A little LED light to get stared should be under $100. Otherwise the only things you really need are soil and a pot. Bonus points for nutrients and pH strips, but you could start without if you wanted to just get the hang of it.
No guarantees but I'd bet that the majority of bag seeds are female — serious growing operations will cull any males well before they start producing pollen, so the most common way you'll wind up with seeds is if one of the flowering female plants herms and self-pollinates (or gets pollinated by a nearby female plant) and seeds with two mothers will always be female.

I highly recommend delta 8 if you don't wanna fuck with weed dealers. it's not the same but it's nice once you get used to it
If you have a little bit of space and patience, I hiiiiighly recommend growing your own. Very easy, tons of great resources for it online, and usually the yield from your first plant will be enough to cover the setup overhead. It does take 3-4mo from start to finish (depending on how long you leave your plant in veg) but it's a lot of fun and there's no feeling better than smoking the products of your labor :stalin-smokin:
Bro just grow a plant. I knew one girl I was having a thing with who grew in her backyard. Beautiful plants after like 3 months. Drying and curing the weed takes some effort, but it's way better than dealing with some flakey asshole.
I have a medical card now though, so I don't bother.
