At this point it genuinely seems like the democrats are worse. The republicans say evil shit but only manage to get half of it done, the democrats do 80% in the name of civility.

“Who built the cages” I guess

Biden could literally have drones killing migrants at the border and the republicans will complain that he's not nuking the countries the people are from.

    Liberals are such evil

Liberal 'harm reduction' support for Biden vs Muslim/ global south etc. 'terrorism' from hamas/ conservative groups that are still relatively successful at resisting imperialism

The point is to make the Republican donors switch sides. The voting base means literally nothing to these political parties. Once the Republicans lose their financial support, they’re not going to be able to sustain the same level of base support they currently have.

This is why the Republicans are so afraid of giving Biden the $118 billion bill he’s asking for. Because $60 billion of that goes to Ukraine, and the Democrats have a very extensive network already set up in Ukraine involving even Hunter Biden, that most of those money are going to be laundered back into the Democratic Party apparatus and their associates.

In other words, the Republicans are mad about seeing the Democrats “blatantly” laundering all the Ukraine money and they are missing out on that whole gravy train. Now Biden is closing in on their donor support as well. With all the lines going up under “Bidenomics” for the rich, the conservative donors are finding it more and more enticing to jump on to the Democratic gravy train, if only for the Ukraine money.

I am fairly convinced that Trump did not speed up descent of Republicans into fascism, but will speed up democrats into fascist hellworld (i know it is already lol) under the justification of NEVER TRUMP AGAIN and by willing to do absolutely whatever it takes to make sure that happens. If dropping a nuke on a populated city magically made trump not president, libs would slap that button 400000000x with a smile and with the hubris to think they are "saving democracy" or whatever.

Trump has fucked up these people's brains more than he did the MAGA weirdos. Stg the dude is the most powerful wizard on the planet, and he doesn't even know it. Crowley would be in awe at the way this guy wields Magick without even understanding it remotely.

I mean, I don't think Trump really has anything to do with Dems having a hardliner border policy. Liberals have a conscience when their team is out of power and become KKK-aspiring when in power, feigning reluctance. They let "their team" dictate their political arguments and positions, setting up a Kabuki to give the illusion that the two capitalist parties don't share 98% of the same goals and follow the same material forces and don't use the same political tools to bail out capital (including creating and maintaining marginalized groups).

I don't think trump directly has much to do with the border policy either, I just think his presence and ability to send the utmost horror to civility libs is pushing the Democrat constituencies to accept alsmoy any policy if it is a slight towards him. I think this kind of idiotic political maneuvering and rightward capitulation would have some more (idk how much) pushback from people of the looming threat of trump didn't haunt these people so bad. Now everything is reasonable.

Can we even really call them pro-trans? They don't seem eager about curbing transphobia.
