    His response would have been contextual, based on what his capacity to bring action about was. I suspect his focus would be on the overthrow of Putin's government while it is weakened. There certainly seems to be an opportunity building there.

    He'd also have purged the so-called Communist Party of the Russian Federation of its reactionary elements.
