Nah, any relief that can help them for the time being is good for the people.
Also people might not currently be frothing at the mouth for an invasion of Venezuela, but the froth is ready and waiting. If Biden decides it's time for forceful regime change in Venezuela, people will support it. This is a good option, but I'm hoping Venezuela asks for a lot.

Unless the PLAN wants to start operating an armed convoy between Caracas and Pakistan, then that is completely doomed. The Americans have shown time and time again that they are not above simple piracy if a sanctioned country decides it still wants to trade.
I am glad that the people of Venezuela will be getting some relief from the US's horrific sanctions
