It's from this King speech, I highly recommend you read the section about Urban riots, he figured this all out back in the 60s and is way more based that the whitewashed high school history version of him.
That section is indeed relevant and insightful. But I got a huge laugh out of this from the Vietnam war section:
The bombs that fall in Vietnam explode at home. It does not take much to see what great damage this war has done to the image of our nation. It has left our country politically and morally isolated in the world, where our only friends happen to be puppet nations like Taiwan, Thailand and South Korea.
