The U.S. Senate on Tuesday passed legislation that would make daylight saving time permanent starting in 2023, ending the twice-annual changing of clocks in a move promoted by supporters advocating brighter afternoons and more economic activity.
Ngl I’m so glad it’s permanent daylight time. This is the one thing I’ve ever agreed with Rubio on. I’m either going to work in the dark or coming home in the dark, I’d rather it be the first one so I can at least enjoy the sunlight for a bit. If it’s dark out when I leave work I want to kill myself.
