It's not time theft, you're just taking back what's yours. It's not your fault they're not compensating you for your time fairly.
I started in data entry and then eventually worked my way up to being the Chad time theft data analyst manager. Learn SQL but then never ever let your bosses know how long a project should realistically take. It’s too technical a skill set for someone not versed in it to understand how quickly you should be able to generate a report. I had it so the people in my department would have 2-3 days to produce something that could take them 30 minutes tops so we’d all just hang out and dick around during work hours. Played a lot of war thunder at work that way
Ive done my time in the office, though never
skilledqualified positions. Saved a looot of time for the higher ups, nary a penny for me. Never again lol
When the pandemic happened, WFH started rather quickly. We thought it would be a two week thing. Two weeks in, we thought it would be two more weeks. Months passed and we never came back in.
95% of the time, even in the first 2 weeks, that I normally would have been working, I just goofed off.
I'm proud to say that remote work has allowed me to go as far as second base on company time.
I remember reading about people that would work 2-3 jobs at once thanks to WFH. Is that based or unbased?
You have to get kind of lucky with the right kinds of jobs, and also to make sure meetings and stuff don't overlap but it seems like there's people doing that and working say 3 hours a day at each job and making $x00k a year.
I guess it depends on if you just happen to manage to swing it, or if you used connections with family and rich friends etc to swing it
I checked in at work today and then played elden ring for several hrs before taking a bath today. o7
