  • Yeah that's a good point, that's what makes this humorous to me (much like when small business owners complain).

It's the fact that they're so unsuccessful trying to be bourgeois but failing to even be petite bourgeois. It's like some shitty small business owner who desperately WANTS to be a billionaire like Bezos or Musk, but instead of being evil/smart/rich they're evil, stupid and poor.

I really hate small business owners and these crappy landlords the most. They are so insufferable and always complaining. The rich people I've known IRL are at least reasonable and don't take things for granted instead of thinking the whole world revolves around them.

  • Bro in the thread there's people literally vehemently arguing: "Yes Moscow is beautiful but the rest of Russia is incredibly poor, Ukraine is much better and more developed".

Which is absurdly ridiculous given how much poorer Ukraine is, and how they literally have like no economic activity to speak of. It's just the most braindead propaganda, anything negative you can say about Russia would be the same if not worse in Ukraine...

Did you guys see this? https://www.reddit.com/r/ukraine/comments/u192o3/babushkas_from_a_liberated_village_near_kyiv_tell/

Apparently Russian soldiers saw toilets for the first time in Ukraine and decided to steal toilet seats for themselves.

These guys will believe fuckin anything lmao. You could probably post a Ukrainian talking about how Russian soldiers stole the babushka's panties and were sniffing them and while distracted got shot by a brave Azov Soldier and they'll upvote the post and spend money on awards. (I'm guessing this was already discussed possibly but I don't follow the crazy threads 24-7).

“How can we be real nazis when we have a jewish leader?”

I'm sure they mock Zelensky amongst themselves. Their spokespeople have said (and been quite proud) of Azov becoming a "small state within a state" years ago. That's a huge accomplishment of Azov, that while neonazis in other parts of the world are mostly random prison or street gangs, they've actually formed a whole organization with structure.

It's like a nazi's wetdream come true. It's not just 10 random skinheads who go around causing trouble and are easy for police to arrest and dismantle.

What does Azov think of Zelensky and his government? They can't be in favour of him, can they?

He's obviously useful for western support, rather than having Biletsky, Olena Semenyaka or someone similar as the head of state lol.

It's useful for "How can we be nazis, we have a jewish leader" but I kind of doubt they legitimately admire and respect him as a strong figure. There is no way neo nazis legitimately think "yes based liberal jew, now this is a real leader" rather than just tolerating his presence probably temporarily.

"Like, Share, Recruit: How a White-Supremacist Militia Uses Facebook to Radicalize and Train New Members" - Time, January 2021, https://time.com/5926750/azov-far-right-movement-facebook/

"Facebook groups were a stalking ground for recruiters like Furholm, the Norwegian with the swastika tattoo. At the height of his efforts in 2018, he belonged to 34 groups devoted to neo-Nazi, anti-Semitic and other far-right subjects. Among the names of the groups that Furholm frequented were “Understanding National Socialism,” “Fascist New Man of Third Millennium” and “National Socialist News.” Twenty-seven of them, including those three, have disappeared from Facebook, but seven remain. One describes itself as “pro–white identity” and displays as its main image a black sun with an eagle atop it—overtly Nazi imagery. Another, reviewed by TIME in December, contains reams of anti-Semitic and racist posts. TIME made Facebook aware of the groups still online, and the company said it was completing a review of the content."

Lmao and i saw people here like posting their shit

We like them as a source of information on the war, they've been decent at that. What their actual ideology is wasn't explicitly clear.

Tbh I just open their feed a couple times a day to get some quick updates
