saved and looked after Cloud when he didn't know who he was, and then put his mind back together again at the end, basically saving everyone. She's like the biggest bro in the game and no one ever mentions it

Her bazooms weren't even ludicrously ginormous in the original FF7 illustrations , I'm guessing the reputation's more due to the ingame polygonal graphics and decades of porn
Still positively petite compared to how she's portrayed in fan art, it's also kind of hard to gauge because she has some weird cartoon proportions in that drawing, with a big head, hands and feet and the rest is kind of tiny (except for the chest)
I think It's more to do with the CGI cut scenes where they really are way too big. I also read somewhere once that it was apparently a modeling error but don't quote me on that.

they didn't even reduce her breast size, they just gave her a sports bra so they actually stay still
