I don't for one second believe that anyone at Rockstar suddenly felt bad about playing into trans stereotypes or like they had to bow to pressure to change content in the rerelease of an old game. This is a marketing gimmick, pure and simple.
Anyway GTAV objectively still looks great, what the fuck is the point of remastering it besides forcing all of the GTA Online whales to buy the game agai- I just answered my own question.
