It's from Severance, a new sci-fi tv show which has this comfy retro aesthetic which my wife claims has gotten stale for sci-fi after Legion, Loki and ... shit, I'm sure there was a third one.
I watched three episodes out of nine and I'm really enjoying it so far. I like the cast, the high concept sci-fi mystery angle and it looks great too.

this is a dark rich blue though it's the color that cartoon characters turn when they freeze
Thr siding, snow, and asphalt are dominated by blues, so cold.
The paint color of the car and sunlit highlights on the doorframes are just perceptibly yellow, so warm.
Cool colors are purple/blue, warm colors are red/orange/yellow. Green is pretty flexible and can be cool or warm depending on the hue/shade.
