    exercise actual power, by voting Democrats into office on local, state, and national levels, and by demanding that the desecration of the Supreme Court that took place during the Trump years (and the last of Obama’s) be corrected immediately, by changing the size of the court or enacting term limits or both?

    The Democrats at home: “The Commission takes no position on the validity or strength” of arguments for or against increasing the number of justices

    Even their irrelevant panel to create the illusion of doing anything won't even say we should

      This screed blew my mind. Based on the title, I assumed it was a leftist scolding libs and I was thrilled, since the American left has been sounding the alarm on the unchecked power of the supreme court forever.

      My disappointment is immeasurable. They get within microns of the point so many times, but keep reverting back to "but muh decorum". Goddamnit.

      But, the real problem is that I keep expecting people trained from birth to be ineffectual to actually use their brains. Fuck them.
