It'll be so unfortunate when there are more Joe Manchins and Kyrsten Sinemas elected. We'll just have to vote even more:deeper-sadness:

In red states, the GOP may try to stop legitimate elections by pretending Democrats didn't win if they do. We must prepare to fight this as it's a very huge characteristic of fascism.

Fight them how? Voting is the fighting strategy. Oh you're going to sit back and let other people sue them? Why not just cut out the middleman and go straight to the lawsuits? Or go even further?

Seriously, red states have been showing their plan of literally ignoring results they don't like, and that's after gerrymandering, closing voting booths, and purging voters. How the fuck is your plan of "vote" going to do anything against that

That term went out the window as soon as they had to ditch #MeToo and #TimesUp so they could run Bo Jiden

So the “they” that tried to make nurses “slaves” was just a healthcare corporation? Like nothing to do with right wing politics?

Curiously, it was capital trying to exert more control on workers and such a situation generated notable, broad disapproval. So clearly the only conclusion it to vote blue

I really love how "democracy" just means "good state" or something at this point. Russia's invasion is an "attack on democracy". China has elections, but it's not a democracy. We must vote democrats to "save our democracy." Israel is the "only democracy in the middle east". If it's good, it's a democracy. If it's bad, it isn't.

Because "we must save our democracy" is a lot harder to argue against than "we must save neoliberalism", which is what they effectively mean.

When it comes to choice subs, I prefer the prochoice sub. They seem more willing to go left and hate bigots, including transphobes.

Don't skip local elections like school boards.

This comment is particularly funny to me because school board and local shit is really the only reason I do go out and vote.

Same. The Roe thing made me glad I didn't vote last election. I'll hang in there for stuff like the Governor and AG we have. Obviously, they're libs, but more can happen on that level
