I really love how "democracy" just means "good state" or something at this point. Russia's invasion is an "attack on democracy". China has elections, but it's not a democracy. We must vote democrats to "save our democracy." Israel is the "only democracy in the middle east". If it's good, it's a democracy. If it's bad, it isn't.
Because "we must save our democracy" is a lot harder to argue against than "we must save neoliberalism", which is what they effectively mean.
When it comes to choice subs, I prefer the prochoice sub. They seem more willing to go left and hate bigots, including transphobes.
