Resources For Understanding The War Beyond The Bulletins

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map, who is an independent youtuber with a mostly neutral viewpoint.

Moon of Alabama, which tends to have good analysis (though also a couple bad takes here and there)

Understanding War and the Saker: neo-conservative sources but their reporting of the war (so far) seems to line up with reality better than most liberal sources.

Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict and, unlike most western analysts, has some degree of understanding on how war works. He is a reactionary, however.

On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent journalist reporting in the Ukrainian warzones.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

White House Rejects President's Foreign Policy, by Moon of Alabama

This isn't the first time Biden has done this. It's not even the fifth time. Each time, the White House has had to be like "The views of the President do not reflect the views of the administration..." like when a media site posts a deranged take by a guest writer.

There is going to be a war in taiwan

meh. china has been around for ten times the length of time the US has been. they're well aware that empires rise and fall and long term, taiwan's main bargaining chip (producing a shitload of microchips) will become less important as other regions are developing their own industries for that. they can probably wait it out until the US lacks the need or ability to challenge reunification.

Now watch US massively increase military equipment their presence in Taiwan in an attempt to force China's hand (which has said they seek peaceful reunification with Taiwan).
