Like, the specific act of smiling with your mouth open = SUPER feminine/not masculine somehow?

It's the most arbitrary shit, I swear. lol

It was literally just made up out of thin air by chuds desperate to feel manly without actually having to do anything.

It's because they're upset about their own anhedonia. They saw people they didn't like being happy about stuff they found silly, so they created a meme about it. It's hard to be excited over stuff when all you do is sit inside and browse 4chan.

I find the concept hilarious tbh. Admittedly it does get tiring having to do it every time I pour soymilk on my cereal though

I love my soy face. Lets me know where all the other filthy vegans are at.

There's a reason all their virtues are basically "doing nothing, but being smug about it."

Their manliness is enjoying whiskey and cigars. Their status is just straight up owning stuff. Their warrior spirit is sitting at home and clutching their gun. Their activism is preventing change.

I dread the idea of fascism coming into absolute power. States, churning endlessly, dragging out every drop of creativity, passion, and toil out of their people, to perpetuate a great and all-encompassing, constant and ever expanding NOTHING.

It's an easy way to appear sociable in a photo for people who haven't spent time in front of a mirror practicing how to hold a fake smile.

I remember at some point in my twenties when I realized that I would have to actually practice smiling. I also remember a point in my childhood when I always was smiling and people said I was such a happy person. I then remember later how that was no longer the case.

Yeah I was gonna say it has nothing to do with the open mouth or w/e it's just that you're showing emotion because these sickos all still think we should be blocks of granite teleported out of the 1950's.

Spoiler alert: Those guys were stoics because they all had PTSD

Can you imagine anything more despicable than feeling joy and delight?

We must condemn these "soy-faces" in the harshest terms possible.

It's just an extension of the soulless liberal city-dwelling sheeple who mindlessly follow trends trope

They soyface became a thing on youtube where you'll often have vloggers with their mouth open as the thumbnail. Apparently it made people more likely to click the video. It's not about femininity.

I remember before it was called soyface, I'd just feel upset seeing these wide open smiles. I went to a school with a lot of guys who have that look. They were often a frustrating kind of nerd who's world revolved around getting a job for a better gaming computer and sustained off of spicy nugs. When I saw all the "soyface" guys, it reminded me of them and how little I enjoyed being around them. Almost all of them went off to work in the weapons trade.

It may not have started that way but it quickly along with cuck husband meme came as a way to shit on any sort of feminine expression in men.

Chapo said Chuds never actually get their pictures taken and have never had to wonder what to do with their face.
