It seems every day I log onto leddit, every single city sub is infested with these vampires gaslighting comment sections about M4A being unpopular, tenants rights being bad, Bidenposting, and any other bad faith take you can imagine. They've taken over that piece of shit of a website and it's sickening to see the only remaining useful parts of Reddit fall prey to their bullshit.

The Reddit Admins doing a hostile takeover of r/PresidentialRaceMemes was one of the last fucking straws for me. I didn't post too much there, but you guys had great memes and a good culture going. Then they crushed it immediately after it became clear the userbase wouldn't be jumping on the Biden bandwagon and installed neoliberals.

The whole point of that sub's existence was that r/PoliticalHumor had become tired twitter hashtag resistance bullshit, but the Reddit admins decided we needed more tired twitter hashtag resistance bullshit, and that this was nonnegotiable.

Any sizeable subreddit that eschews civility politics in the name of leftism seems to quickly be quarantined, banned, or taken over by new mods. Curious.
