They wish they were even a third as motivated and effective as the Taliban.
Even if they're only 1/10 as physically fit and motivated as the Taliban,
They're still over 200x well-funded. That more than makes up for it.
True, though I suppose one of the lessons of the Taliban is that sometimes being infinitely better funded doesn't guarantee victory.
