If you’re asking seriously, then yes. It’s literally racist. Your confusing the biological differences between the fictional races and using that to state that culturally they are a) homogenous and b) have completely different and exclusive forms of media.

For eg: Elvish people might have 300 season long soap opera. But will every elvish person want to consume them? Even new-borns? Children? What media do they consume? Are there not elves who go against the dominant culture and create alternative forms of media?

And the soap-operas themselves - how much is that a product of “biology” vs just a result of older elves having entrenched power in elvish society? They are the ones in positions of power - with money, wealth, fame etc and they decide the taste?

An equally, if not more important point is the differences between Elvish cultures, the history of how they interacted and how the cultures themselves changes over time. And this is different from any conversation regarding biological differences between the various types of elves - High Elves, Wood Elves, Dark Elves etc. Don’t confuse the two. High Elves should have cultural and historical differences distinct from their differences with Wood Elves.

I know it gets complicated very easily, and this is just fantasy. And most people don’t want to delve that deeply.

But OP you literally framed it like a question.

Star Wars is so aggressively racist and cowardly that they constantly invent imaginary races that can't defend themselves and stereotype tf out of all of them.

And then they don't even do anything interesting with the fantasy races. My biggest comlaint with Andor is that everyone is a boring normal human

I don't think it is stating that "every single elf etc watches this tv only."

I think this is arguing that the real issue is the TV monopoly in Middle Earth is only ever churning out shows based on pandering and focus testing, always playing it as safe as possible and the built in audiences have to just either tolerate it or not watch tv at all.

Actually fantasy races can interbreed so they're all just one species with a bunch of incredibly inbred subpopulations.
