IIRC basically whoever this is about worked for Lockheed in some capacity for 15 years while doing typical sorta "woke" tweeting about ableism and stuff like that, working for Lockheed was apparently also a direct consequence of nepotism and done with the justification of "Muh health insurance" and putting more fuel on the fire was that they took donations during this period as well. What set this off initially was apparently a take about how its ableist to expect writers to also read frequently(with a broader discourse over reading in general over alternatives like audio books etc), which I guess is what set the fruit fascists off or put enough attention at the right/wrong time to spread the KF thread.
My take, kiwifarms bad, but also you should shut the fuck up about ableism if you are working for a company directly involved in giving tens to hundreds of thousands of people physical and mental disabilities every year, better yet you should quit your job.
