      God tjhhuuksll

I was about to type a paragraph about how unthinkably life changing receiving that much money even once would be, then I read the number again and almost had a stroke. :agony-consuming:

Thats nearly a small loan of a million dollars per day. :a-little-trolling: Paying rent? Assuming you didn't just get a house you could be a land leech if your morals faultered. Good lord. :agony-immense:

At it's peak Infowars was really, really popular. I'd believe it.

Yes, but it was allegedly sent to the infowars email addresses and could have possibly been a malware attack. AFAIK, the FBI never confirmed that so its all on Jone's and his team's word, which isn't worth fuck all.

this is the funniest fucking trial. I'll believe in consequences when I actually see them, but from a legal perspective, every single minute of this trial has been filled with "I've never seen that before!" moments.

The last thing Jones' lawyer asked him while he was on the stand was if he was satisfied with his representation, to which Jones responded yes.

Amazing. Now he can go "you can't sue me for bad representation because you testified in court that you were fine with your representation." Lib take I know but still funny as hell

That's what I gathered from it as well lmao, also so he couldn't request different representation or anything like that to try to delay the trial

Honestly I think the lawyers made a deal so Jones' wouldn't get disbarred for very obviously hiding evidence and they just ratfucked him.

Couldn't have ratfucked a better guy though so I'm here for it.

And then Jones said, yes please I'm very happy with this lmfao

I don't think it matters any more. I think there was some recent supreme court case that set a precedent that you can't get a retrial or sue the lawyers if they fuck up.

You can't introduce different evidence at a federal trial for an escalated state case even if the evidence was present but not introduced due to inadequate/incompetent representation as I understood it.

Very clearly stupid & wrong, but at least somewhat limited in scope

when the opposition lawyer is saying this to you on the stand

Please remember, if you need to assert the Fifth Amendment, you can; I need you to know you can do that.

I fucking died at this. The lawyer was on Knowledge Fight once or twice and he is just incredible. Absolutely hilarious and ruthless

Been following this through twitter and Knowledge Fight. Sadly, the worst that will happen is he'll lose his money. Pretty sure he's still got like 2 million in bitcoin or some shit hidden away.

Idk, this judge fucking hates the dude and has said they'll deal with the lies he's been telling after the civil trial. There's actually a decent chance he gets rung up on perjury charges. Don't think he's important enough to the right people to just make everything go away.

Before the blatant perjury shit I was sure he'd just lose his cash, but you're right, I think this might actually have some consequences

This is absolutely insane and I don't understand how you can simply "oopsie-poopsie" send all emails and SMS from you client without intent. Like why did his lawyers have that all that data on hand? What file format is that data even in? The best I can think of is the lawyer had a .ab file from adb backup but that basically means he basically got hacked by his own lawyers.
