now you would think a european famine and the fact the Americans will rather than help take the opportunity to pick imperial Europe's carcass for the remaining gold would wake Europeans up from the depths of their ideology driven fugue but we'll see

would wake Europeans up from the depths of their ideology driven fugue

It would "wake" them right into another fascist group but opposed to USA and Russia. A triunvirate.

      ideology driven fugue

That made me think of a quote about endings by Sam Shepard.

"The temptation towards resolution, towards wrapping up the package, seems to me a terrible trap. Why not be more honest with the moment? The most authentic endings are the ones which are already revolving towards another beginning. That's genius. Somebody told me once that fugue means to flee, so that Bach's melody lines are like he's running away."

wow good thing we have global interconnectivity & logistics to help when regions have a famine

 what do you mean the 'free world' lets millions go hungry every year what do you mean every recent famine has been exacerbated by US policy policy currently blowing up eastern europe where they grow a bunch of food

It's pretty damn close. Maybe a bit more ominous than day to day language but given the context...

It's still weird to sign something like this with "Mr RNAi", just put your initials

"Weine" I think. At least it said that in an article I read. It seems to have broken off tho. The bottom seems to be a signature "Fr.Mayer"

Fr is short for Frau or basically Mrs. Not a name or title.

Just realized that that may have caused some confusion

kinda wondering if America will use its wealth and military to ensure food access domestically or if it will be Irish Famine 2.0 as it becomes ever more profitable to export food internationally as the domestic population starves

I wouldn't worry about europe, they'll just steal the grain destined to africa and they will starve. Of course nobody would starve if we just culled all the cows, chickens, sheep, pigs, etc that waste calories just to produce them.
