Wasn't a "misunderstanding". Those are weasel words and I own my shit. I was mistaken. I thought emails had gone out that did not, and I drew conclusions about that based on previous very uncomfortable interactions- but it was still a mistake on my part- not a "misunderstanding".

damn, what a weird ass situation. i don't what the accusations were in the first place so it's hard to tell if the backtracking makes sense or not.
