Penny Johnson Jerald, who plays Dr. Finn in The Orville, is old enough to be my mom and I'm not exactly young and I'm still :hyperflush:

        Dat smokey voice.

I just want to find every Expanse clip of her saying "fuck" and play them all on repeat.

She's in two of the best star treks, Orville and DS9, so that's just good taste

She got a lot more to do in the Orville and the final episode of the recent season was, ahem, never mind, spoilers.

The episode before it felt like a story finale, so I wondered what the actual finale would do after that, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Yeah, it was a nice bow on top of everything.

It also reminded me of the traditional difference between a tragedy and a comedy: a tragedy ends with a funeral, a comedy ends with a wedding.

Well said! What a difference it would have made for the big picture if they ended on episode 9, huh? :side-eye-1: :side-eye-2:

Yeah, ir doesn't matter as much for modern works, but when looking at a Greco-Roman play or anything Shakespeare made that's how you can figure it out, because sometimes it isn't clear by our standards.
