None of the skills make you a genius, which is what's great about the game. They all just make you annoying and terrible in different ways
My favorite is when the Encyclopedia skill gets high enough it will start to give you completely irrelevant information like the definition of simple words or telling you what a bookstore is.

Yeah that's a good point, the brilliance of DE is what it does and what it lets you do with this character that is absolutely fucked. Not that it lets you just do rp out of whole cloth in a lifeless sand box.
