The only way these people will learn is through violence, unfortunately.
I'm going to start cycling to work soon and I'll be wearing motorcycle gloves when I do. If anybody gets out of their vehicle and approaches me in a threatening manner like this, I'm not waiting to see if they're of the barking or biting persuasion, they're getting a mouth full of stainless steel knuckles.
