Yeah liquid milk consumption is decreasing, but across all dairy products (cheese, yogurt, etc.) consumption continues to rise. It will be interesting to see if the trend of milk expands to other dairy products.
Substitutions through capitalism and a repeal of subsidies is actually working in that lane for dairy.
