I don't think so - but they're franchised. So there's an umbrella company that supplies the goods, but each store is owned and operated by someone local. Which doesn't make it a socialist business model, but it is better than its giant competitors - Lowe's and Home Depot. Home Depot is owned by a billionaire Trump supporter.

Just googled it. Apparently they are the largest non farming coop in the US
It's owned by the store owners so basically the worst sort of co-op to the point that it's indistinguishable from a corporate model.
