I do kinda think it's a matter of "when" it'll happen as opposed to "if".

How long? Maybe not for a while, decade plus, but I think it'll happen eventually.

Then we can finally get the Howard The Duck X Batman movie we've always wanted.

    I doubt it. Disney has the MCU formula down pretty exact. I doubt they'd risk it, unless they had absolute control. WB probably wouldn't let its properties go unless their situation was dire, like Sony did with Spider-Man.

      That's why I'm thinking down the line. Probably not gonna happen any time soon, but maybe after several years and circumstances have changed enough...

        Perhaps, but it would have to be in the wake of a Black Swan, as far as the state of the entire film industry being upended. Disney/Marvel has been crushing Hollywood for the past 15 years, and with the exception of the move to streaming, the film industry hasn't changed much in that time, in the context of the previous century.

        Disney buying WB is more likely than two companies of this size collaborating on this sort of thing.
