I just made fried rice for breakfast. Threw a bunch of shit in there, yams, a ton of parsley, seitan, golden tomatoes, ginger, onions, garlic, hot sauce. I don't know what I'm doing. Do those especially work well together I don't fucking know what am I a chef?

But throw a big ol' glob of hummus on top and baby you got a tasty breakfast :chickpea:

Hummus is such a :im-vegan: MVP. Don't have a lot of time to make breakfast? Just toast some bread and spread hummus on it. Making a salad for dinner and worried it doesn't have enough protein? Hummus. This shit just binds flavours together magically.

So here's to hummus. Good fucking food. I make a huge batch for my partner and I like once a week and we eat it every day. :chefs-kiss:

Hummus is a food I was convinced must be bad for you because of how tasty it is. It's truly the food of the gods

Extremely cheap to make yourself too, even without a food processor, and even cheaper if you've got a pressure cooker to reconstitute dried garbanzos. Premade is pretty affordable in mild bulk as well, but correct me if I'm wrong when I say fuck Sabra for supporting the apartheid regime.

    Hummus is GOAT.

But that fried rice sounds like a crime. ACAB except for the one that stops you from doing it again.

yams, a ton of parsley, seitan, golden tomatoes, ginger, onions, garlic, hot sauce.

You could probably compel 6 out of these 8 into a convincing dish together.
