In US, "By the second year of the pandemic, the dramatic increases in heart attacks blew apart the models.. Fatal heart attacks among adults ages 25-44 soared 29.9% over what was predicted." https://www.sacbee.com/news/local/health-and-medicine/article267801482.html
Did you have covid? Is this more an anxiety thing?
Do you have palpitations (heart skipping a beat)? Are your lips blue, like when you check the inside of them or the inside of your eyelids? Does it feel like your heart speeds up A LOT then slows down? Does it feel like a crushing pain or a huge weight on your chest? Does it hurt when you do exercise or walk or is it kind of random even at rest?
Either way you should probably talk to a doctor and not an internet stranger. If you feel like you can't get enough air and your lips are blue you and you feel a big weight on your chest you should go to the ER, don't wait.
