    I hope this isn't a popular trend.

Why yes, I have been living under a rock for the entire war, why do you ask. Love imagining a guy walking through Warsaw in WW2, watching the Gestapo drag people out of their homes and going "well, I sure hope this doesn't portend anything!".

Also love the idea of tagging the president's twitter about the nazis in his army.

Honestly that is not 100% the reason though, unless you go specifically looking for non-mainstream media sources none of this was actualy reported in 2022, even though on the other hand there are dozens of mainstream media articles showcasing these nazis years ago.

Funny how NAFO are being portrayed as epic galaxy brain memers that are just too smart and clever and irreverent for Russia to handle, when they cant handle a single guy stepping out of line like this by noticing one case in any way except to bombard him with accusations that actually hes a nazi himself.

Its not like a mega secret strategy to just come up with an excuse like "we do not support lone nutjobs like this, he is not representative", basically every single pro-west journalist that post about nazis including this guy is begging for a single assurance that its just a stray nazi. He's literally telling the NAFO freaks in this screenshot to just say that its not a popular trend but they cant manage that much.

The "can't handle this except to bombard them with shit" part is too common on the left, honestly. We need to decide some folks who aren't leftists are worth trying to persuade, and that's going to involve more than telling them they're idiots.

Of course it’s not a popular trend, just don’t look at Azov or zelensky banning all leftist parties

        just don’t look at Azov

        or Svoboda

        or Right sector

        or the Social National Party

        or C14

        or the Social National Assembly

        or....

But some shiba Inu on Twitter told me there’s only a couple of them, so it’s totally not a problem!!

The swastika is the only nazi symbol the libs won't deny is actually nazi. All the other symbols are dismissed or ignored..

i kinda feel for the few legit indian hindu people in the replies doing the "actually its not a swastika, the swastika is a sacred and ancient hindu symbol, this guy actually has a hakenkreuz on his backpack which is just some nazi bullshit", like i appreciate your efforts to reclaim it but that ship has well and truly sailed guys

They really need to shut up. The Nazis use the centered Swastika as well as the 45 degree one, and if Hindu swastikas get mistaken for Nazi ones I've never seen it in the wild. It's not their problem, it's never been their problem, and unless they're going to start skinning Nazis it will continue to not be their problem.

I don't know how common it is but there is confusion. This year California passed a bill banning displaying hate symbols in public and they had to amend it to specify they don't mean Hindu swastikas

In the west the ship has sailed. If you come to India (or other parts of Asia) you'll see the Hindu/Buddhist swastika everywhere. In India it's on temples, delivery trucks, in people's kitchens

But yeah it would be quite an ordeal to get everyone to change what they call the Nazi symbols now

It's all Russian propaganda and lies! Putin has an army of undercover agents who go all around Ukraine and puts Nazi insignia on everything when people aren't looking.

Wow he must really be into German history. Ukraine has so many intelligent people who are really into Buddhism, paganism, Hinduism and History, what a wonderful country!
