It really was. I guess I didn't realize it at the time but they could never recreate the magic of Matt getting dangerously hammered and letting semi-coherent but unrestrained stream of consciousness fly out.
I downloaded the VOD of this from Twitch in case it was pulled. Still watch it occasionally for giggles - especially for Virgil shitting on Felix's Fortnite skills and Sean KB's Antifa bit.
I cannot really tell if this is a fake or not. It looks like one, but who knows?
it's real. this is old news. this is from 2018. I remember seeing it go down live. Matt got wasted and said "Democrats suck ass! There is no hope for the two party system. Kill yourself and kill everyone around you." and then Virgil and Will tried to shush him and some people carried him off to bed. Legendary moment. I'd argue that's when they truly became famous.

also I found the article by simply searching the words in the title. it is very easy to tell if an article is fake. you just go to the site and see if it's there.
