There's a "ghost" haunting Terry's highschool and causing a ruckus and Bruce immediately jumps the assumption its most likely someone pretending to be a ghost (they find out it is) and this exchange happens:
Terry: I Should have known you wouldn't believe in ghosts.
Batman: What? Of course I do. Not just ghosts. I've seen everything kid. Demons, Angels, Sorcerers, witches, magical creatures, you name it. This...just...feels too highschool to be legit.
