        Rail unions in France are more militant than the energy industry unions and those ones threatened to turn off the power during the gilet jaunes unrest pre-covid.

        They know this and they pick their battles carefully.

          Yeah French unions do awesome shit. I believe OP is talking about the Federal Railroad Administration in the US though
